EA has partnered with a consortium representing more than 100 school districts, including Santa Ana Unified, Long Beach Unified, Tulare County Office of Education, and Oakland Charter Collaborative. Together, we help districts transform student data into actionable insights that support both immediate interventions and long-term planning.

EA’s roots lie in advanced education data research and growth modeling. We are a national leader in developing measures that estimate the impact of teachers, schools, districts, and programs on student learning growth. Our work helped districts of all sizes measure student progress over time and set realistic, rigorous goals tailored to each student population. These growth metrics empower educators to customize instructional practices to meet students where they are—ensuring a more equitable and responsive educational experience.

Beyond growth modeling, our collaboration built predictive analytics to improve high school “on-trackness” and college and career readiness. Drawing on a rich combination of administrative data, assessment results, and postsecondary outcomes (such as data from the National Student Clearinghouse), EA’s predictive models generate timely, student-level insights.
