Tennessee at a Glance
EA collaborates with Tennessee through the Ed-Tech Collaboratory (ETC), a multi-state initiative. Tennessee actively uses the Ed-Fi data standard and has built its own version of the Enable Data Union (EDU) dashboard, a free, open code base for education agencies, using a Microsoft-based technology stack.
ETC and Education Analytics provides subject matter expertise and strategic guidance to support the adoption of Ed-Fi and the Common Education Data Standards (CEDS), an initiative to create common data models and vocabulary within and across the P-20W sector. Our team contributes to collaborative planning, and ongoing resource-sharing about technical implementation of state-wide digital ecosystems—supporting Tennessee’s work to improve data interoperability and education insights across the region.
